To get to Kingston, take a bus or VIA Rail Train. From the bus or train terminal, take a taxi to Collins Bay Institution.

Visiting Details

You must go online and fill out a visitor application and a CPIC clearance form before being able to visit anyone at the Institution. The application will be reviewed by the visiting and correspondence department and once approved, you will receive a package in the mail with visiting information. Once you are approved you can call to book a visit.
